Stopping Severe Drafts and Moisture in Stockbridge, MA

These homeowners in Stockbridge, MA were having a serious problem with their crawlspace! They have pipes running through the crawlspace and needed to have an industrial heater down there to keep the pipes from freezing in the winter. We first removed fiberglass insulation that had been secured to the ceiling with a sort of chicken wire that was not helping the situation. After clearing everything up, we insulated the walls with our SilverGlo insulation foam board. We then put down a plastic matting, floor insulation, and finally a vapor barrier on the floor of the crawlspace, sealed securely with fasteners and special tape.
